What we use and why
We use the images you upload, your design instructions, generated artwork and saved choices to provide the design service you request and respond to enquiries before an order. If you contact us, we use your contact details and correspondence to help you. We use necessary session cookies, staff access records and basic technical logs to keep the service working and secure; our legitimate interest is protecting the service and investigating faults.
Our service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores private design data, and OpenAI processes your image and instructions to generate and check design proposals. Authorised staff can review your artwork. Resend supports transactional emails where enabled. Online payments are disabled for this launch, so the website does not collect card details. Provider processing may take place outside the UK; contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your data.
Keeping and removing information
Designs are retained so you can return to them and our team can support your enquiry. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this initial release. Retention depends on whether your enquiry is active, whether records are needed for an order or dispute, and any legal record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request removal of an abandoned design; we handle these requests manually and explain if any records need to be kept.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. Some rights depend on the reason we hold the data. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies in this release. The necessary design-session cookie lasts up to 30 days and renews when you start a draft.
