What can I upload?
Start with a photo, logo, drawing or signature. Use a clear image with the subject easy to see. The design process may ask you to confirm important details, such as lettering, before creating your preview.
Will my neon look exactly like my photograph?
A neon design simplifies an image into illuminated lines. Review faces, lettering and important details carefully. The preview is a design proposal; staff review manufacturing suitability before checkout becomes available.
Can I change the design?
You can review the available versions and customise the selected design before approval. The design screen shows the remaining generation allowance. Once approved, the retained artwork and manufacturing specification are locked for that order.
How do I choose the size and finish?
The configurator shows the sizes, lighting, backing, shape and mounting options available for your design. It calculates the height from your artwork and checks the selected dimensions against the product limits.
What do I approve before paying?
You review the retained artwork, finished dimensions, lighting, backing, mounting and itemised total. Check every detail before confirming approval. Your order keeps this specification for production.
How can I follow my order?
Your confirmation includes a private tracking link. It shows your order’s public progress without requiring an account. Keep the link safe; anyone with it can see that tracking page.
How long does production take?
The current production estimate appears with your design and approved specification. Production time and delivery time are different. If timing is essential, contact us before placing an order.
What if I need help with my order?
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Please avoid sharing your private tracking link publicly. Bespoke orders are reviewed individually by our team.
