    Start with something yours.

    Upload a clear photo, logo, drawing or signature as a JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 20 MB. Crop to the subject and tell us which details matter. Your original stays private and unchanged.

  2. 02 / DESIGN

    See your idea in light.

    AI turns your selected image into a neon design proposal. Check the subject, lettering and important details. Review the available versions; your design screen shows how many generations remain.

  3. 03 / CUSTOMISE

    Make it fit your space.

    Choose from the available sizes, lighting, backing and mounting options. The configurator calculates the height from your artwork and shows an itemised price as you make your choices.

  4. 04 / APPROVE

    Check every detail.

    Review the artwork, dimensions and specification before approving. Our team checks manufacturing suitability before checkout becomes available. Portraits also require a staff likeness check against the original photo; AI generation alone is not approval. Your approved artwork and specification are retained for the order.

  5. 05 / MAKE

    Follow it into production.

    After payment, your confirmation includes a private tracking link. Follow the public progress of your order there. Check the production estimate with your specification; delivery time is separate.
